I used an "L" shaped tool to guide the packaging rope I used behind the corners end then pulled on each end to pull the rope higher behind the panel to allow me to tug on the rope to separate the door panel from the door. Here is another truck load of patience and trickery required. If you're successful in removing these hex screws after a lot of cursing then comes the next challenge - the door panel needs to be separated from the door and the only way I could get this done is by feeding a thin rope around and behind each bottom corner. The screw closest to the rear side of the vehicle is even more difficult because of the lack of space for the screwdriver and I actually had to cut the handle shorter to allow to fit the space. I had to use a short but wide pry tool to wedge underneath the door panel to force the door panel up to create space between the door-threshold and door panel - a lot of space is required to get the torx screwdriver in there to make contact with the screw. Try to buy the thinest T20 torx screwdriver - Crappy Tire sells them. Now there are the two hex screws at the bottom of the door panel and they are extremely difficult to get to.

Okay here is how - I removed the two torx bolts behind the cover on the door handle - the cover on the door handle can be removed with the use of a pry tool carefully lifting the front off slowly moving from the top or bottom to the middle the cover will snap off.
